This website complies with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect from May 2018. We will update this policy accordingly after the completion of the UK’s exit from the European Union.
What Information do you Collect
We collect any information you provide voluntarily via the Contact on this website and via email which include;

- Location in relation to your enquiry
- Dates in relation to your enquiry

If you contact Kimberley Wooloff Photography directly via our email address we may keep a record of that correspondence as well as any relevant information you provide in order for us to complete our services. This includes telephone numbers and billing addresses for invoicing and accounting purposes.
Your personal information is kept private and stored securely on a locked device until a time it is no longer required or has no use i.e. for invoicing and accounting purposes, images are kept for 1 year after the shoot date in case copies are required by client.
Your information is not used for any marketing purposes or to enrol you into newletters, your data will only be used to respond to enquiries made to us by you.
What Do You Do With The Information You Collect?
We use your information to;
- contact you following your enquiry to provide you with further information about our services and products
- keep internal records and for the issuing of invoices / booking confirmations until a time it is no longer legally required.
- photographs may be used on our website and social media platforms and / or for marketing materials.

We will never sell your information to any third parties and we will not share your information unless required by law or where you have specifically asked to be put in contact with another supplier or business.

In the event that you would like your details erased, the right to be forgotton, this will be carried out upon your email request and where it is no longer necessary to legally hold your details i.e for invoicing and accounting purposes.

Use of the Identifiable Image
In accordance with GDPR regulations, clients have several options where it comes to image display. While it benefits my wedding/portrait photography business to be able to show new, regular and exemplary work via this site or corresponding social media channels, and/or to share these images with co-suppliers e.g. wedding venues, it is recognised that certain clients may benefit from limitations on this sharing.
Therefore clients have the right to request any of the following: anonymised accompanying text; accompanying text to use initials of names only; online photograph samples showing unidentifiable images only; online photograph samples showing non-people images (details only); or to fully request no online images to be shared. In addition, clients may request in writing that identifiable and commissioned images be erased from online sources at any future point in time. Any image data will be used appropriately and with consent (your contract)
